Bookings

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date will be charged the full reservation amount.

House Rules

Guests are required to observe the following rules during their stay:

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking areas are available outside.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Limitation of Liability

Riva dei Coz is not liable for indirect damages, loss of personal belongings or service interruptions caused by force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for content on external websites linked from our site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
